I love your stuff but I'm a guy! Can I wear it?
Most of our tees and baseball shirts are unisex! Each product has measurements on the page so you can get a good idea of their sizes. We cover sizes S-XL (XL is not offered on all items just yet - we're working on it!)
Something I want is sold out! Will it come back in stock?
We tend to re-stock popular items but some items will not come back in. If we are re-stocking an item it will have a comment in the description and we'll add a post to Instagram when it is back in stock.
How do I use my discount code?
On your order checkout page there will be a ‘Gift Card’/‘Promo Code’ section, above 'Subtotal' and 'Shipping Cost'. Simply enter your code there & hey presto, the discount will be applied to your order. Questions? Just send us a mail.
May I use multiple promotion codes for one order?
You may only use one code per transaction.
Orders usually head out within 5 working days. During super busy periods this can be up to 7, but we do our best to get orders out ASAP!
Will I receive a tracking number?
If your order is outside of the UK and over £20 in value - YES! You'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep your eyes on where your goods are.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the UK usually arrive within 4 working days. Orders outside of the UK can take up to 28 working days, but are often much faster. For orders with tracking numbers, be sure to check your tracking number on the site of your national postal service.
My item looks stuck/isn't updating when I check the tracking...What should I do?
Best thing to do is contact your country's postal system (e.g - for the USA, USPS) as soon as possible with your tracking number and address information. This may help speed up your delivery and make sure it isn't returned to us.
I need to exchange/return something! Is this possible?
For sure! We accept both (except earrings for hygiene reasons). Shoot us a mail so we can help you out: email@example.com. Please note we do not refund or cover the costs for exchanges/returns at this time.
We want you to adore your new Covet item(s), but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange anything; please send the item(s) back in the original condition in which they were received. Items will be carefully checked. Please note: postage costs are not refunded on returns (where it has been paid for by the customer). Exchanges for all Covet item(s) are free of charge. You will find the return address under our 'About Us' section - or please email us with any questions - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges/returns must be handled within 14 days of postage.
Hallow Closing Down Sale
Hallow will be closing on Monday 6th September 2021.
Thank you to all our customers, artists, designers, photographers, models, manufacturers, people we’ve collabed & worked with and all those who have supported Hallow over the years.
It’s been an awesome experience working on Hallow over the past few years but now is the time to move on.
There will be a store wide sale from today (Friday 20th August 2021) until Monday 6th September 2021.
After Monday 6th September you will still be able to e-mail Hallow via email@example.com but the online store will be closed. The final date for returning any items will be Thursday 30th September.
